We are committed to a society in which people from different cultures not only live side by side, but live together – with respect and curiosity. A society in which cultural differences are seen as enriching and open exchange is a matter of course. A world in which cultural diversity connects rather than divides.
We want to make cultural differences understandable and make living together easier. With CuCo, we help you understand everyday moments, avoid misunderstandings and build bridges between cultures. Because real connection starts with small steps – every day, everywhere.
Funding and network
UN Refugee Aid
We would like to thank UN Refugee Aid / UNO Flüchtlingshilfe for their valuable support in developing our app. This funding has enabled us to create an intercultural learning tool that builds bridges and promotes understanding between different cultures. CuCo obtained funds from may 2024 to november 2024.
‘We Are Responsible e.V.’
‘We Are Responsible e.V.’ is the supporting association for the project. The association is committed to addiction and violence prevention and supports newcomer and migration orientation processes. In doing so, it assumes global responsibility – against hatred, for understanding and a non-violent attitude.
Support CuCo
There is still a long way to go before CuCo reaches as many people in Germany as possible and makes it easier for them to settle in. Our goal is to make the app accessible in as many source and bridge languages as possible and to cover more and more everyday situations that often lead to cultural misunderstandings.
If you would like to support CuCo, please get in touch with us. At the moment, we are particularly interested in people who can translate into English and Arabic and/or who are familiar with fundraising and intercultural communication.
